The Future is Personal, an exhibition concerning what is come in a world of personalized healthcare, has its launch night Thursday 26th of July at the London Westbank. It includes one of my more unusual pieces that I don’t post photographs of (I’m pretty mysterious like that). If your in the area (or love me enough to travel) be sure to stop by and check it out. More details of this free eventĀ here.
Just now reading the event description I came across this:
“We have brought together talented artists from across the UK to bring these deeply personal questions to life.”
As an Irish person I don’t know what to infer from that. Maybe I’m not one of the talented artists. Maybe the future is not only personal but also colonial. Maybe it’s an oversight.
Show up and you can decide for yourself!
